Hi! My name is Josh Crumrine and I am a senior at the University of Washington studying mechanical engineering. I am especially interested in exploring the fields of aerospace and robotics.
I have been tinkering and building things for as long as I can remember, whether it was building model planes and rockets, building and testing potato cannons in my backyard, taking apart and repurposing old RC cars, or building a security alarm to catch my sister stealing my Halloween candy, I have always loved the process of building, testing, breaking, and improving.
Currently I am working on building robotic arms for Husky Robotics, UW's Mars Rover Team and researching soft robotics with UW's Transformative Robotics Laboratory.
When I'm not working on engineering you can find me playing tennis, skiing, mountain biking, and spending too much time working on my 3D printer.
